What type of support is included?
You will have access to our office admin and also to your wonderful tutor! We will track your session count, let you know if you run low, and remind you off the sessions you have scheduled (via text and email).
When do the sessions expire?
Sessions expire 8 months from the date of purchase.
What software or other tools do I need to be able to join the sessions?
Session run through Zoom which can be accessed on any phone, tablet, or computer. We use an online whiteboard that will be accessed via a link that is sent during the tutoring session.
